We offer a 14 day refund policy for all programmes.

Thereby after this duration all up-front memberships are non-refundable.

Monthly subscriptions (memberships) are under a strict 28 day cancellation policy once notified.

Due to the nature of our programme, JS OCR Ltd offers a two month "freeze" period.
